沃爾瑪證實1號店董事長CEO雙雙離職

網易財經7月14日訊一個傳言終於得到證實，沃爾瑪美國總部今日晚間向網易財經證實，“1號店創始人兼董事長於剛、以及聯合創始人兼首席執行官劉峻嶺已經決定離開1號店去開創他們下一個事業”。對於外界傳言，前CBSI中國總裁、全球副總裁王路或將就任1號店新任CEO，沃爾瑪總部向網易財經指出，由誰接任上述二人的職位目前還並未確定。“我們非常信任沃爾瑪全球電子商務亞洲區總裁王路的領導能力，我們正在尋找合適的繼任者，有信息披露時會與大傢分享”。

據媒體報道，知情人士爆料，昨日晚間沃爾瑪高管在1號店內部召開瞭溝通會議，宣佈瞭董事長於剛與CEO劉峻嶺離職的消息。由1號店的財務副總裁和人事副總裁將暫代於剛和劉峻嶺的職位。而從今年年初開始，業界多次傳出於剛將離職1號店的消息斷，但均得到1號店官方否認。

資料顯示，2008年3月，於剛和劉峻嶺創辦1號店，2010年平安以8000萬元價格拿下一號店80%股權，到2012年沃爾瑪對1號店增加投資，持股提高至約51%，成最大股東。有分析師指出，一直以來，原1號店創始團隊和沃爾瑪在1號店的經營上就存在很大分歧，沃爾瑪需有業績體現，而1號店卻在燒錢擴張市場，雙方經營理念相悖。“於剛劉峻嶺離職後，1號店將完全沃爾瑪化，除瞭保持原有的運營體系和獨立品牌外，其管理層及經營理念或將由沃爾瑪體系接管”。

在沃爾瑪總部的回應中，其也表達瞭對於於剛劉峻嶺的感謝，“我們感謝於剛和劉峻嶺在服務顧客和建立一個世界水平的業務基礎中所體現的創新與熱情，我們還要感謝他們組建瞭強大的團隊，有助於1號店在未來持續地創新與增長”。此外，沃爾瑪方面還表示，對於1號店目前在中國取得的成績感到滿意，會繼續加速其發展。“我們相信1號店擁有更美好的未來，沃爾瑪將繼續立足電動床於中國市場和電子商務領域的長期投資發展”。（陳俊宏）
